Having secured a very visible presence at the Nexus Luxembourg in the last three editions, the Romanian entrepreneurial community is strengthening its position on Europe’s innovation map, a momentum that took centre stage at Nexus Luxembourg 2026 (10–11 June).
The Romanian Pavilion, organised by the Romania-Luxembourg Business Forum (RomLux), showcased a dynamic portfolio of internationally scalable tech companies, alongside a solid delegation of businesses and associations reflecting the diversity of the country’s ecosystem — from AI-driven cybersecurity and data to logistics, security and defence technologies, energy systems, smart mobility, and digital platforms.

Once primarily associated with outsourcing, Romania has rapidly evolved into a product-driven innovation ecosystem, combining technical excellence with entrepreneurial ambition. The RomLux Pavilion reflected this transformation, bringing together companies actively shaping Europe’s digital future.
A Diverse Line-Up of Innovative Companies
Featured exhibitors this year included Expertware, EdNeos, InnovatorSpark, inoSOLAR, OmnioIQ, EASYDO Digital Technologies, EBS Integrator, TVL Tech, Global Wealth Management, SovereignEU.
Both EdNeos and OmnioIQ were shortlisted to pitch their solutions on stage as part of the Finals of the Startups & Scaleups Awards for a EUR100k award.
Tiberiu Baraboi, CEO & CTO of Expertware, also took the Visionary Stage, presenting on “Cyber Convergence in the AI Era.”

Looking Ahead to 2027
Building on the success of 2026 (as well as 2025 and 2024), preparations are already underway for the Romanian Pavilion at Nexus Luxembourg 2027, taking place earlier in the year on 9–10 March.
RomLux invites entrepreneurs and partners in Romania and Moldova to save the date and join the next edition, while its members and partners in Luxembourg are encouraged to take part and share their experience of doing business locally and building cross-border partnerships.
